We collect only what we need to do our work for you — your name, email, clinic name, and anything you choose to share in our website-audit or contact forms. We use Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site; it collects standard analytics data such as device type, IP address, and pages viewed. We do not run targeted advertising networks or ad-retargeting pixels on this site, and we never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. You can opt out of analytics at any time using your browser's privacy settings or an analytics-blocking extension.
You can request a copy of the data we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email abdullah@clinicedgestudio.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
ClinicEdge Studio is operated by ClinicEdgeStudio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
The websites we build for clinics are designed not to store Protected Health Information (PHI). Any form, booking or messaging tool on those sites that collects PHI is run by a vendor that signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the practice, and we do not launch a tool that collects PHI without one. Website hosting serves public pages only. HIPAA compliance also depends on the practice's own policies and on how its team uses these tools.
Our own marketing site (this one) does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Our website audit reviews your public website and the business details you choose to share — it does not involve patient information.
If you believe we have mishandled PHI, contact us within 60 days at abdullah@clinicedgestudio.com so we can investigate and disclose if required.
By using this site you agree to the practices described in our Privacy and HIPAA sections above. Service engagements are governed by the proposal and Master Services Agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; pricing and timelines are illustrative.
We retain the right to refuse service to projects outside our scope (illegal practices, jurisdictions we cannot serve, conflicts of interest). Refund and cancellation terms live in each engagement contract.
