We collect only what we need to do our work for you — your name, email, clinic name, and anything you choose to share in our website-audit or contact forms. We use Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site; it collects standard analytics data such as device type, IP address, and pages viewed. We do not run targeted advertising networks or ad-retargeting pixels on this site, and we never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. You can opt out of analytics at any time using your browser's privacy settings or an analytics-blocking extension.

For clinic clients who handle Protected Health Information (PHI), all partners we deal with sign a Business Associate Agreement before any work begins. Forms, hosting, and booking tools on the sites we build are selected to meet HIPAA technical safeguards (encrypted transit, access controls, audit logging).
Our own marketing site (this one) does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Our website audit reviews your public website and the business details you choose to share — it does not involve patient information.
If you believe we have mishandled PHI, contact us within 60 days at abdullah@clinicedgestudio.com so we can investigate and disclose if required.
