We collect only what we need to do our work for you. That includes your name, email, clinic name, and anything you choose to share in audit submissions or contact forms.We use cookies and analytics tools (Plausible and Google Analytics) to analyze site traffic, and advertising networks (like Google Ads or Meta Ads) to display targeted marketing. These third-party tools collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing behavior.Under certain US state privacy laws (including California, Texas, and Virginia), sharing web tracking data with third parties for targeted advertising is legally defined as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. Aside from these automated advertising tools, we never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. You can opt out of this automated tracking at any time by utilizing a "Do Not Track" signal in your browser, or by using the opt-out preferences linked in our site footer.
You can request a copy of the data we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email abdullah@clinicedgestudio.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
For clinic clients who handle Protected Health Information (PHI), all partners we deal withsign a Business Associate Agreement before any work begins. Forms, hosting, booking on sites we build are selected to meet HIPAA technical safeguards (encrypted transit, access controls, audit logging).
Our own marketing site (this one) does not collect PHI. Audit form submissions are stored on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure but contain only the information you choose to share.
If you believe we have mishandled PHI, contact us within 60 days at abdullah@clinicedgestudio.com so we can investigate and disclose if required.
By using this site you agree to the practices described in our Privacy and HIPAA sections above. Service engagements are governed by the proposal and Master Services Agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; pricing and timelines are illustrative.
We retain the right to refuse service to projects outside our scope (illegal practices, jurisdictions we cannot serve, conflicts of interest). Refund and cancellation terms live in each engagement contract.
