The presenting complaint.
Northpoint was paying $4,200/mo on Google Ads but only 8% of clicks turned into a booking. Their mobile site loaded in 4.1s and the 'Book' button sat below a 600px-tall stock hero. Mobile users — 71% of traffic — simply never saw it.

The diagnosis.
We rebuilt the homepage around a single thumb-reach booking control, surfaced insurance accepted as plain indexable text, and rewrote the three service pages with the procedure-specific intent keywords paid search was already buying.
